Refund Policy

You must send the product back to the manufacturer at Warehouse of Sujia Aihua 1511 Jingang Avenue East, Jindong District Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. Notwithstanding this, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Luca Gaida, Dörfer 29a, Thaur, 6065, Thaur, Email: argolabs@gmx.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has ended.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have to refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notification of cancellation of this contract. However, we do not refund the return shipping costs. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  3. Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not prerequisites for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.

Also note that you should send the product back to Warehouse of Sujia Aihua 1511 Jingang Avenue East, Jindong District Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province and we do not pay delivery costs.
